Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with expertise in Polymers, PVC, Coatings, Inks, and Paints to support our marketing team. This role involves providing technical guidance, offering insights into industry trends, and assisting in product integration within customer formulations. Additionally, the Technical Manager will represent the company at industry conferences, ensuring our products align with market needs and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support for Marketing Team
- Provide technical guidance to the marketing team, ensuring they understand the product offerings and their applications.
- Train the marketing team on product features, benefits, and technical specifications to help them effectively communicate with customers.
2. Customer Support
- Visit customers alongside the marketing team to recommend suitable products and assist in integrating them into their formulations.
- Provide technical advice during customer visits to ensure optimal product selection and application.
3. Product Integration
- Guide customers on how to incorporate the company’s products into their existing formulations for improved performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting any technical challenges related to product integration in customer processes.
4. Industry Representation
- Present the company’s products and technical capabilities at Industry conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Showcase the company’s expertise and thought leadership in raw materials and processing techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:

Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the field of Polymer/ PVC/ Coating/ Ink/ Paint Industries and technical support in relevant field.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of the raw materials with their respective application.
- Familiar with processing techniques to support troubleshooting and optimize performance.
Skills:
